Audio/Visual Data
Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, and similar information, photos and videos taken at one of our events/conferences, CCTV, and site security information.

This may include the transaction amount, payment date, and payment status (to the extent such information is shared by the Service Provider).

Such as profile pictures, social media account ID, and other public social media profile information, including lists of friends/followers on social media.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICE
The Services provides functionality allowing you to make payments to Company using third-party payment services (such as Stripe and Wix) with which you have created your own account. When you use such a service to make a payment to us, your Personal Information will be collected by such third party and not by us and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Statement. We may receive limited transaction and billing information from these providers (such as name, contact details, partial payment card details, and transaction status) for the purposes of confirming, administering, and recording your payment.

We have no control over, and are not responsible for, this third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information.

USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16.
